Welcome to Day 3, The Immunoboost! A great smoothie to ensure that you stay healthy over this cold spell and to ensure that you can keep training without making yourself ill!


All you need is:
2 - Kiwis
2/3 - slice of Ginger 
1 - Orange (juice only)
1 tsp of cinnamon  
1 cup of Kale
1 cup of Coconut Milk
